Distressed Properties Filter Now on Outer Banks Searches
If you are a local Outer Banks client, you may know that we have been working with iHomefinder to include a Distressed Property option on our search pages.
We are pleased to announce that your website now includes a check box to filter search results for distressed properties, and another option to further narrow the results to 'REO' or 'Short Sale' only.
