Shrink case studies

Please tell us about any big paper users you know who are making reductions in their paper use!

The Shrink project's focus is now on the biggest paper users in our society - companies like supermarkets, banks, magazine publishers and catalogue retailers. We are asking them to pledge to reduce their paper consumption, and we want to help them to come up with creative ways to achieve paper savings. We are developing a library of good examples to help inspire businesses and other big paper users like government departments, schools and universities. These case studies will highlight practical ways to save paper in offices, to reduce volumes of cardboard packaging, to prevent junk mail, to design away waste and generally to use this precious resource more efficiently. If you know of a workplace or institution that has banished paper waste, we want to know about it. We will highlight the best examples on the Shrink website.
